OUR VISION
I'm Marie Galvin, Director and Conveyancing Practitioner at Village Conveyancing.
Having grown up in Franklin and begun my conveyancing career in Pukekohe in 2014, I bring extensive industry experience and a strong understanding of property transactions to every matter. Based in the Franklin area, I provide conveyancing services to clients throughout New Zealand.
Prior to entering the conveyancing profession, I spent 14 years working in banking, gaining valuable experience in lending, finance, and customer service. This background, combined with more than a decade of conveyancing experience, gives me a well-rounded understanding of the property journey and enables me to provide practical advice tailored to each client's circumstances.
In 2024, I established Village Conveyancing with a commitment to delivering personalised service, clear communication, and reliable legal support. I assist clients with a broad range of conveyancing and property matters, providing practical advice and guidance tailored to their individual circumstances.
I take pride in building strong relationships with my clients and providing a professional, approachable service focused on delivering practical solutions and achieving successful outcomes.
